This 30' x 45' parts room addition was built during winter.  In order to facilitate the construction process, the footings were made out of Techno Metal Posts helical piles.  Exterior walls and roof were built prior to the concrete slab.  Once the building was insulated and heated, the slab was poured in a controlled environment.  The building is made of conventional wood construction and exterior metal cladding
