This scenic cottage and garage is located on Lac-Ste-Thérèse.  This cottage is a design build project , from drafting to final construction,  Bâtisseurs Strategik Builders team in conjunction with the owner realized the project as per owner's wishes.

Built over bed rock, this cottage was a post and beam system supported by Techno Metal Post piles anchored directly to bed rock.
