This project consisted of adding 27 additional rooms to the existing hotel. The owner decided to go with pre-fab units for the rooms due to the schedule.

Rooms / pre-fab units were supplied by Maple Leaf homes (North Shore Quality Home) and installed by Strategik Builders.

Trusses were also pre-assembled and installed by our team.
